The home is in a premium location so the splash pool on the west-facing patio looks out onto open space, giving considerably more privacy than most other homes. When comparing with other homes remember we have no rear neighbors. We bought our vacation home off-plan and paid for a premium plot to ensure privacy. Deck seating is provided.
