The starting point
A product born from real guest messages
Welkodia started at home. My parents had two Airbnbs to manage, and every stay brought the same guest messages: arrival, parking, Wi-Fi, checkout, and all the small details that take time to repeat.
Guests were also asking for useful extras like early check-in, late checkout, breakfast baskets, or local tips. So we built Welkodia to bring everything together: a clear digital guidebook, a simple service store, and fewer repetitive messages for hosts.
