The guest guidebook is really clean and easy to use. On our end, the QR code magnets were a big hit with guests, especially for quickly accessing important property information. We clearly receive fewer messages for simple questions like accessing keys, the Wi-Fi code, or arrival instructions.

I had a very good experience with Welkodia. Customer support quickly helped me set up billing and make a few interface adjustments, which saved me time. The tool is easy to understand, yet remains flexible enough to create a guest guidebook perfectly suited to one's properties. In my opinion, the only small missing detail would be having the automatic creation of the guidebook on the Plus plan. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The application is superb, very clean and easy to use. However, I'm giving it 3 stars for now because it lacks the white-labeling feature to add my logo on the guest guidebooks. If you add this option, I will upgrade my review to 5 stars without hesitation!

The usability of Welkodia guidebooks is unmatched. My guests absolutely love the simplicity of accessing the local recommendations I set up. Just knocking off one star because I wish I could import my listings directly via API from other specific US-based PMS platforms, but it's a great tool!
