When my housekeeper retired Hattie was one of the few services that actually came to my house in the Glebe to assess the job ; all the other services at the time , just quoted a rate and a time book in. I knew this was a good sign. Hattie is prompt and very meticulous in her cleaning and is willing to stay until the work is finished to a proper standard. She always asks if there are any areas that may need extra attention and genuinely cares about delivering quality service. On top of that she works locally and is a part of the community which is a good feeling. I recommend Happy Mop to anyone looking for a reliable personable cleaning service.
