I manage three apartments with Léo and his team, and it's going perfectly. I have absolutely no time to deal with them, and Léo understands this perfectly, takes initiative, and only contacts me when it's truly necessary. Occupancy rates are very high, billing is extremely transparent, and cleaning prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Hostias.
