About this property
13th-Century Mill in the Land of Bastides: A gîte in keeping with the authenticity of this medieval mill, open to the surrounding protected nature, a source of calm and serenity, and the perfect starting point for hikes, visits to the historical and prehistoric sites of the Périgord region, water sports, and regional gastronomic discoveries. This house is a family property restored from the 1980s onwards. Primarily used as a family holiday home (as well as for seasonal rentals from 1990-2000), I have decided to offer it again as a holiday rental in the Dordogne – Purple Périgord region, in the heart of the bastides, starting in 2026.
